The Pharmacy Technician Talent Acquisition Team is in search of a Recruiting Lead Analyst that will support Pharmacy Fulfillment and Operations business groups in hiring Front End and Back End Pharmacy Technicians. In this role you will consult with business leaders to deeply understand the talent needs and demands within the department and how it connects with the overall enterprise strategy. As part of the pharmacy technician team, you will also source, attract, engage, interview, and hire candidates. While facilitating the selection process you will develop competitive offers in an end-to-end Talent Acquisition environment. This is a fast-paced professional recruiting environment with a mix of class hiring. The selected candidate will provide consultative support to the business around recruiting strategies and market conditions to produce diverse and inclusive slates of candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consult with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners on talent needs to drive an effective and efficient talent strategy in support of the business.
  • Proactively build and create robust sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source, screen, evaluate and qualify applicants, including conducting in-depth candidate screens to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.
  • Ensure an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Proactively create market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business, and organizational design decisions.
  • Present ongoing requisition updates both written and verbally to the Business, HRBPs, Compensation and Business leaders; highlighting results in weekly staff meetings.
  • Network, source, and build a talent pipeline to assess and attract the highest skilled and credentialed professionals to join Evernorth Health Services.
  • Be the primary negotiator and closer with selected candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent recruiting experience required.
  • Minimum of 3+ year’s direct, relevant, and recent experience in recruiting.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and consult on compensation packages required.
  • Ability to work successfully in an environment with high visibility and the aptitude to manage complex and sensitive situations independently.
  • Ability to clearly, confidently, and accurately present updates and results to our hiring leaders.
  • Track record of flawless execution and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented, high-demand environment with tight deliverables.
  • Superb organizational and follow-up skills; ability to prioritize work for multiple hiring leaders while maintaining the highest quality service.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication required.
  • Workday and Phenom experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to support ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Travel to recruitment events as needed up to 10%.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 71,600 - 119,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
