The MyMatrixx Workers' Compensation Associate Account Manager (AAM) will provide support to the Account team of their assigned clients, executing client-specific operational deliverables, identifying service trends, and supporting operational needs and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Manages day-to-day client requests
- Assists the Account Management team by providing client-facing support
- Maintains ownership for assigned service/operational deliverables and ensures operational excellence and set-up quality
- Assists with monitoring and identifying service trends as requested, allowing for immediate resolution of any service issues and escalating issues when appropriate and drive recovery efforts
- Assists with both standard and non-standard reporting/analytics as needed
- Handles billing and rebates research
- Drives implementation and setup of products and programs
- Works on Ad-hoc Projects as needed
- Coordinates deliverables with internal operational departments to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
