Mobile Engineer (React Native)

We're a benefits platform that uplifts people's lives. We're looking for a Mobile Engineer (React Native) to build features that matter, think about the whole picture, and own work from idea to the App Store/Play Store.

Requirements

• Build and ship product features for our iOS and Android applications using React Native and Expo.
• Work closely with product managers to understand user context and shape mobile-first solutions.
• Collaborate with designers to deliver polished, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.
• Manage and improve our build and deployment processes using Expo Application Services (EAS).
• Contribute to our web frontend application using React, helping us maintain a consistent experience across platforms.
• Own work from idea to the App Store/Play Store and care about the impact once it’s live.
• Improve developer experience, tooling, and standards within our mobile and frontend teams.
• Ensure that security considerations are taken into account, based on current industry-accepted practices.
