What will you do

• Work closely with various teams across the organization to understand product requirements, review project assets and documentation , provide feedback for automation improvements, support and maximize the quality and reliability of the TetraScience Platform
• Have complete ownership for preparing test automation solutions, designing automation frameworks and leading the implementation of test strategy, test plans & test execution of Tetrascience Platform features
• Participate in the full testing life cycle, including agile ceremonies.
• Review business requirements, specifications, technical design documents and prototypes in order to eliminate potential pre-development issues.
• Develop, update and maintain test plans, cases, scripts and automation.
• Utilize QA best practices, patterns, and processes through all the stages of SDLC
• Maintain traceability of tests to requirements and specifications.
• Maintain a high degree of technical competence with the latest Web, API and Desktop application testing technologies.
• Ensure high standards of availability, scalability, and extensibility of internally developed test automation assets and frameworks

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on Quality engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, creating test automation frameworks from the ground and scaling them
• Experience in testing applications using microservices architecture and cloud-based technologies.
• Experience working in complex computing environments, being able to formulate and implement effective test strategies, prepare and maintain test datasets.
• Experience with popular automation tools, libraries and frameworks,
• Knowledge of automation industry trends, as well as Continuous Integration concepts and tools
• Experience in GUI, API and Database automated testing
• Hands on in using scripting languages such as Java / Python/ JavaScript and working with the AWS environment.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Analytical problem solving skills applied to issue identification and resolution.
• Excellent/expert knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries, experience working with large scale
• Experience with data warehouses / Data Lakes and their development architecture – an advantage
• Highly self-motivated, independent, efficient and able to handle several projects; work under pressure with a solid sense for setting priorities
