Qualitest is looking for a SeniorSoftware Quality Engineer to join our growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Quality Assurance and Testing validation of each individual team’s processes and deliverables
- Provide cross functional support of unique QA concentration areas to support the overall team efforts
- Prepare Quality plan for each project.
- Participates in the development of the project's software process description.
- Reviews software engineering and development activities to verify compliance with defined software process.
- Audits designated software work products to verify compliance with those defined as part of software process.
- Ensures that deviations in software work and work products are documented and handled according to a document procedure.
- Records any noncompliance and reports to quality manager and client’s leadership team.
- Needs to go on site once or twice a month in Pheonix, AZ.
Requirements
- Experience with being in a role where you champion IT Quality initiatives, including continuous process improvement and total quality management across all teams.
- Understanding of Software Delivery lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile)
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control background.
- Experience leading a team.
- Client consultancy background.

- A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $120,000 - $130,000
