TELUS Health has recently expanded our European presence through the strategic acquisition of Human and Work in France. This exciting integration brings together two dynamic sales teams under one unified vision, strengthening our position in the EMEA wellbeing market.

The Role:

We're seeking aSales Directorto lead and unify our combined sales force of8 Business Development Managers/Directors across France, reporting to the Senior Sales Director in the UK. This pivotal leadership role will be instrumental in integrating our newly combined teams and driving revenue growth in the French market. This role is hybrid, based in Paris.

As a pivotal leader, you will be responsible for your teams’ revenue generation through the acquisition of new logos and partnerships to cultivate existing relationships for new upsell opportunities. You will foster a culture of continuous learning within the Business Development team through performance management and coaching.

You will set a process and structure that enables the team to establish new contacts, leads, sales pipeline and source new business opportunities. You will build and nurture strategic relationships (top tier consultants, key channel alliances and key customers) to support year-over-year revenue growth as we establish TELUS Health as one of the top players in the EMEA wellbeing market.

As a Sales Director you will:

  • Assign team growth targets and develop execution strategies
  • Lead and integrate diverse teams, fostering an inclusive culture
  • Track team goals and review business development metrics
  • Present performance results to executive leadership
  • Focus on training and best practices implementation
  • Partner with Customer Success Leadership for upsell targets
  • Serve as leadership sponsor for critical accounts
  • Collaborate on market growth strategy with EMEA leaders
  • Support retention and pipeline from top tier consultants

What You Bring:

  • 5-7 years experience managing EMEA-focused sales teams

• Fluency in French and English

  • Strong performance metrics management background
  • Proven experience in managing and integrating multicultural teams
  • Experience in post-merger team integration is an asset
  • Experience in health, mental health, wellbeing, or employee support services is an asset
  • Proven track record in operations leadership
  • Demonstrated success in building client partnerships
  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Superior communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • University degree, preferably in Business, or relevant experience
