The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong frontend experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features, optimizing performance, and ensuring high-quality user experiences. You will collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver exceptional digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development & Optimization

• Develop and maintain user-facing features with clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect UI and a smooth, intuitive user experience.

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

• Optimize for speed, scalability, and performance.

• Review code and provide technical feedback to team members.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers on the team.

• Attend daily standups, sprint planning, and key team meetings.

• Write clear technical documentation.

• Debug and resolve production issues.

Cross-functional Integration & Architecture

• Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver user experiences aligned with business goals.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend development and explore new technologies.

• Translate product requirements into actionable technical milestones.

• Provide insights into product direction based on technical feasibility and performance.

• Contribute to architectural decisions for long-term product success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, building dynamic and responsive web applications.

• Expert understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem, including React, TypeScript, and testing frameworks.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and design systems.

• Proven experience optimizing web application performance.

• Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.

• Bonus points for experience with DataDog, server-side rendering, or CMS-driven applications.
