We are seeking a Clinical Research Specialist to join our prolific Clinical Research Team. This team is core to Sword’s ethos of delivering high quality care to all our members, through a rigorous approach to clinical research and validation of our care programs. We are specifically looking for an accomplished researcher with a PhD in life sciences and post-doctoral experience in driving research initiatives and publishing quality research in high impact-factor journals. Given the complex analysis we perform, on longitudinal datasets, data science and/or advanced biostatistics would be highly valued.

What you will be doing

  • Working alongside the Clinical Research leadership to support the provision of clinical insights into other areas of business
  • In-depth analysis of a subject autonomously
  • Performing advanced literature search (including market trends) on a broad range of topics
  • Performing statistical analysis (including but no limited to longitudinal analysis)
  • Elaboration and discussion of clinical manuscripts, reports and projects.

What you will need to have

  • Background in healthcare or life sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Bioengineering, Biology are preferred)
  • PhD in life sciences (mandatory)
  • Highly dynamic, motivated and proactive
  • Proficiency in English
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver high quality work in tight deadlines

What we would love to see

  • Experience in coordinating Masters and PhD students
  • Advanced data analytics and statistical knowledge (fluency in more than one software)
