Sutherland is seeking a Sr. Associate Manager, Analyst Relations. This position will lead day-to-day engagement with the analyst community across the Americas, translating influencer strategy into disciplined execution. This role is accountable for managing analyst interactions that strengthen Sutherland’s market visibility, support commercial positioning, and provide actionable insight to Sales, Vertical, and leadership teams. Additionally, the Sr. Associate Manager, Influencer Relations will ensure Sutherland is consistently visible, credible, and well-positioned within the analyst ecosystem through structured engagement, strong internal alignment, and rigorous execution.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

1. Analyst Relationship Management

  • Build and manage day-to-day relationships with industry analysts across priority firms.
  • Execute structured engagement plans aligned to business and go-to-market priorities.
  • Ensure consistent visibility and presence across key analyst networks.

2. Internal Alignment & Execution Discipline

  • Act as the primary coordinator between external influencers and internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and deliver analyst briefings, inquiries, and feedback sessions aligned to commercial priorities.
  • Ensure consistent execution of engagement plans across Sales, Marketing, and Vertical teams.

3. Deal Support & Commercial Enablement

  • Support positioning in advisor- and analyst-influenced opportunities.
  • Contribute to deal narratives and provide external validation through analyst insight.
  • Coordinate and support targeted sessions that strengthen positioning in priority deals.

4. Market Engagement & Event Execution

  • Support delivery of bespoke market engagements, analyst interactions, and industry events.
  • Program manage roundtables, briefings, and speaking opportunities aligned to priority accounts and offerings.
  • Ensure high-quality execution and follow-through on all external engagements.

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track analyst engagement activity, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Maintain clear visibility on interaction volume, quality, and impact.
  • Continuously refine engagement approach based on performance data and feedback.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (12-18 Months)

  • Consistent execution of a structured analyst engagement model across priority markets and accounts
  • Strong, active relationships established between Sutherland teams and key industry analysts
  • Measurable improvement in analyst engagement quality, visibility, and responsiveness
  • Effective support of advisor- and analyst-influenced opportunities through timely insights and coordination
  • Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on the quality, relevance, and impact of analyst interactions
  • Clear tracking and reporting of engagement activity, with continuous improvement based on data and feedback

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 5–8 years’ experience in analyst relations, business development, strategic partnerships, or similar external-facing roles
  • Experience working with or alongside industry analysts, sourcing advisors, or consulting ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate activity across Sales, Marketing, and delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of commercial environments and how external influence supports deal positioning and pipeline
  • Proven ability to operate in a structured, execution-focused role with clear targets and priorities

CAPABILITIES AND OPERATING STYLE

  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective connections with external influencers and internal stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of how analyst engagement supports deal positioning and pipeline
  • Ability to operate in a structured, metrics-driven environment, with discipline around execution and follow-through
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on consistency, quality, and continuous improvement in execution
