What You Will Do:

• Communicating with customers via calls and emails
• Researching bugs
• Documenting errors
• Monitoring systems and alerts
• Contributing to incident management

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Fluent German (at least C1, written and verbal) and English (B2)
• Experience in customer support, preferably in technical environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Analytical thinking

Will be a great plus:

• BA in Computer Science
