We are seeking a Manager of Talent Development who will design, deliver, and continuously enhance enterprise talent development programs, including leadership development, talent reviews, career pathways, and mentorship using blended delivery methods.
Requirements
- Design, deliver, and continuously enhance enterprise talent development programs
- Translate business priorities into targeted talent development strategies
- Lead enterprise succession planning and talent review cycles
- Select, administer, and interpret assessments to inform development planning
- Manage end-to-end program logistics, communications, scheduling, and participant experience
- Partner with HRBPs, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of talent development initiatives
- Use talent data to identify capability gaps, evaluate program effectiveness, and deliver clear, actionable insights and dashboards to senior leadership
- Leverage HR technology, learning platforms, and talent systems to deliver, track, and scale programs
