Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience in designing and delivering successful training programs
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check
