- Develop employer branding strategies aligned with global brand guidelines and tailored to the South Korea market.
- Plan and execute employee engagement campaigns, internal communications, and culture-building initiatives.
- Create compelling content to showcase the employee experience and company values.
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Marketing teams to amplify talent brand messages across channels.
- Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics, continuously optimizing for effectiveness.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts and other events when needed.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, marketing, or HR communications.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills in English and Korean.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Familiarity with the talent landscape and work culture in South Korea.
