Requirements
- 5-8 years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful and thorough design work
- Experience with usability testing, metric definition, A/B tests, interviewing, and other common forms of early-stage product testing and discovery
- A deep curiosity and ability to consider product strategy and vision
- Experience in conducting, digesting, and applying user research
- Experience in basic front-end development (HTML, CSS) or vibe-coding
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High levels of organization and ability to work independently
- Robust and adaptive collaboration skills
