The company's unique model allows homeowners to receive lump sum payments of up to $500,000 in exchange for a share of their home's future appreciation, with clients required to retain at least 20% equity in their property.

The company's approach differs significantly from traditional home equity loans or lines of credit. Splitero does not require income verification or minimum credit scores (only a 500 minimum credit score), making it accessible to homeowners who may not qualify for conventional financing.
