We’re looking for a talented PHP Developer with strong Laravel experience to help modernise our backend infrastructure and take our digital platforms to the next level. As a PHP Developer you will:

• Upgrade and maintain Laravel-based applications to the latest stable release
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn project briefs into structured development plans
• Work closely with system experts and third-party devs to reduce downtime and optimise workflows
• Ensure seamless integration between internal and external systems for reliable data flow
• Build user-focused, intuitive interfaces that simplify complex processes
• Provide thorough documentation and regular progress updates
• Recommend improvements while preserving stability of existing systems

Person Specification:

• Expertise in PHP7+, Laravel, SQL, and modern web tech (CSS/SASS, JavaScript, Vue, jQuery)
• Deep understanding of relational databases and software testing strategies
• Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams
• Experience with both Microsoft and Linux-based operating systems
• A proactive mindset, strong time management skills, and the drive to make a real difference
• Project-focused, collaborative, and always thinking ahead
