Responsibilities
- Conduct online research on potential candidates and sort through job applications
- Schedule interviews and communicate with potential candidates via email
- Update and maintain our database of potential candidates
- Manage social media accounts and assist with content creation
- Research industry trends and developments to stay up-to-date on marketing and advertising techniques
- Attend virtual meetings and take meeting minutes
- Conduct other administrative support duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant or related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing principles
- Ability to work independently and in a team
