Job Overview:
The Executive/Virtual Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives and perform various administrative tasks remotely. This role requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize documents, files, and records.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and messages, screening and redirecting as appropriate.
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Conduct research on various topics as needed.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and record keeping.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Provide general administrative support to other team members as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
