Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Influencer Marketing)

Schedule: PST (Starting off with 20 hrs per week to test then extending to 40 hrs per week.)

Responsibilities:

• Identify influencers and brand ambassadors across IG and YT platforms.
• Outreach and build relationships with influencers.
• Seed products and create, and send creative / communication briefs monthly emphasizing brand storytelling.
• Support the doubling in size of Pique’s influencer and affiliate (brand ambassador) programs.
• Optimize existing partner performance while expanding into new, untapped cohorts.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Well-versed in performance influencer marketing (closing campaigns that drive conversions over IG and YT)
• Experience building brand ambassador programs is a plus
• At least 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and able to multi-task
