Position: Marketing Assistant
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Timezone
Salary: $1000-1,200/month (depending on the client’s final offer)
About the Role:
A marketing assistant is a junior marketer who performs administrative tasks for a marketing team, department, or manager to assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and events.
Role Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels
- Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and identify trends to improve content strategy.
- Email Marketing: Help in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and tracking performance metrics.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to identify opportunities and make recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, both online and offline, including webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
- Graphic Design: Basic graphic design tasks such as creating social media graphics, email banners, and other marketing collateral using design tools.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries.
Requirements
- Has a Bachelor's degree (or commensurate experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Has Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand development.
- Has Familiarity with food industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficient in using Marketing Tools and Analytics Platforms.
- Must be highly proficient in using a PC, and Microsoft Office, familiar with HootSuite
- Possesses a command of English Communication language, both written and verbal. (Good to Excellent Communication Skills).
