What you will need to succeed in this role:

As the Executive Assistant, your role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities, including:

• Help with trip planning, internet research, miscellaneous projects, etc.
• Sales research that could include some light phone work to qualify leads.
• Very good English, strong computer skills, able to manipulate data in excel, helpful if they are familiar with Salesforce.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant before to help the client get organized
• Good to excellent communication skills; minor accent is acceptable
• Tools: Excel (proficient), Sales Force (big plus), Office 365, Google Workspace
• Seeking a candidate who is tech savvy and open to learning new technology
