Position: Property and Vendor Information Specialist

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time

Salary Range: $900-$1000

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Saving property documents and pictures to the correct folders in Dropbox

● Uploading photos and maintaining info for property pages on our investor

portal

● Sending documents/contracts and inputting data into Google Sheets

● Setting up properties for sales/occupancy taxes with Avalara and uploading

monthly property revenue reports

● Calling about account concerns, discrepancies in billing, and other

concerns

● Assistance with record maintenance

● Coordinating with Ops with license-related topics

● Tools that will be used:

• Confluence/Jira
• Slack

• Avalara
• DialPad/OpenPhone

Requirements

Requirements:

● Has 1 year of experience in the same role

● Able to efficiently communicate with vendors/point of contacts

● Data entry and management

● Intermediate level of knowledge and experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

● Able to create and maintain processes

● Need to be tech savvy and a problem solver

● Detail-oriented

● Organized

● Takes initiative/self-motivated

● Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once

● Extremely responsive
