Position: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT WITH MARKETING FOCUS
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, (flexible; can be in Vietnam or PH time zone)
Salary Range: USD 900 - 1,200/ month

Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Keep track of action items, to-do list and take meeting notes
- Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Marketing Support:
- Research industry trends and topics to develop thought leadership content.
- Create and edit articles, blog posts, and social media content.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and organize files and documents.
- Perform data entry and update databases.
Requirements
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are big plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
