As a Customer Operations Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
How you will make an impact
- Esker subject matter expert to ensures accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical data across various systems and platforms, understanding upstream and downstream implications of system and process
- Enter, verify, and update customer data into various systems to ensure consistency and accuracy during the ERP deployment process.
- Maintain and monitor customer data across multiple systems and platforms, or any relevant databases.
- Support data migration efforts by validating data integrity, performing routine quality checks, and identifying discrepancies or errors in customer teaching records.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ePop
- Execute Training and Testing of ePop functionality for new deployments of the Esker Solution.
- Support ePop order processing for all Solventum Instances working closely with analysts on issue resolution.
- Coordinate efforts of Customer Service, Customer Onboarding and IT to provide the ePop solution to customers.
- Prepare Customers for the ePop order experience as well as country deployments for change over to new support systems.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced College student in Business or related field.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication in English and Spanish is a must.
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps, especially Excel.
- Basic eOrder experience - specifically ePop or EDI
- Basic understanding of data management systems such as CRM Salsforce, SAP, MS Dynamics, power BI.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Healthcare background is a plus.
- Customer Operations background is a plus
Work location: Hybrid, Belen Heredia
