We are further strengthening our Product team and are looking for a Commercial Product Manager to join our team.
As Commercial Product Manager for our Verification and Voice API you are part of a very experienced product team that is taking brand-new verification APIs to market and at the same time managing fast growing established APIs.
The role has two components:
- Manage and onboard international suppliers for the new Verification and Voice API. You will be thebridge between Sinch suppliers (MNO) and our enterprise customers. With support fromSinch procurement team, carrier relation team and legal, you will also help to evolve oursuper network by signing agreements with suppliers around the world. - Secure product profitability existing APIs.
With real-time data from our APIs you will monitor customer profitability and propose price improvements.
Requirements
As Commercial Product Manager, you will:
- Procure Verification services from suppliers.
- Manage relationships with current and potential suppliers.
- Assist in contract management in collaboration with procurement, legal and sales teams.
- Detect business improvement opportunities and will lead this from idea to implementation.
- Monitor profitability for new and existing customers.
- Assist with price levels and price models for new and existing markets.
- Identify system and process improvement opportunities that simplify price management.

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have:
- Degree in engineering, business administration or similar academic area, or relevant work experience from tech company.
- 5 plus years of experience in sales, technical sales support, or procurement.
