Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Portuguese - English speaking Sales Representative to join our team, you will be responsible for providing sales operations and administrative support to the Client Success team, and specifically to SDR managers. Work closely with managers and be responsible for providing all data relevant to client weekly (or bi-weekly) reports, delivering a fully complete client report, outside of any qualitative information that may be needed from the managers.
Provide support by building CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) reports, dashboards, or other CRM related tasks, outside of importing lists and developing list views. In addition, the Sales Ops specialists will be responsible for any implementation or integration of tools, as needed and as directed by managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively research and identify potential clients in Portuguese-speaking regions
- Ensure weekly reports are fully developed with relevant data and information, outside of any qualitative info that needs to be provided by the manage
- Deliver weekly reports to manager on a specific schedule to manager
- Build CRM reports and dashboards as needed, at the direction of the manager team
- Provide additional sales ops support for other salesforce tasks like tool integration or implementation
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to coordinate efforts and align strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

- Experience in a role involving international business and logistics in transport (export and import Us to another countries)
- Generate leads and build sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing
- Qualify prospects in terms of their needs, goals, and business environment
- Coordinate with clients to improve sales strategies and qualify sales leads
- Track all activities through our CRM and create a weekly report on industry trends, pipeline, and conversation highlights
