Summary:

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement streamlined workflows to ensure smooth operation across different departments.
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to forecast staffing needs based on operational requirements, seasonal trends, and other factors.
- Generate regular reports on workforce performance, staffing levels, and other key metrics for management review and decision-making.
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required.
