Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital media, possesses strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Media Buying Manager, the Junior Media Buyer will play a pivotal role in executing influencer campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving performance-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize proprietary and third-party tools to aggregate and analyze social and digital data
- Develop and manage day-to-day elements of influencer campaigns for consumer, DTC, and E-commerce clients; develop timelines and keep track of deadlines
- Create high-quality written materials, including influencer content briefs, pitch letters, background materials, and recommendation documents
- Manage campaign tracking within Salesforce utilizing report functionalities
- Maintain clean data for brand campaigns in Salesforce and identify and resolve potential issues related to scheduling, contracts, etc.
- Handle partnership offer issuance, follow-up, and deal tracking
- Participate in weekly team brainstorms to capitalize on new trends and implement strategies for 456 Growth Media accounts
- Oversee day-to-day integrated influencer marketing programs, including counsel on social influencer and earned & social media strategy
- Conceptualize, ideate, and develop influencer marketing campaigns that deliver results throughout the marketing funnel
- Operationalize robust influencer programs and teams, including building positive relationships with influencers and talent contacts on behalf of the agency and clients
- Oversee measurement and analysis of program results to provide valuable insights and optimizations; compile thorough and accurate reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
- 2+ years in a similar role preferred Media Buyer or Junior Media Buyer.
- Technology-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Extensive experience in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest) with a forward-thinking approach to influencer marketing
- Proficiency in scheduling software like Monday.com and additional tech-based solutions such as Google Sheets, Drive, Slack, Salesforce, and email subscription software
- Solid organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume email, text, and phone correspondence
- Minimum 2 years of managing social media strategy
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and brands
- Understanding of creators and their relationship to conversion points such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, DTC, Affiliate Marketing, and the ability to negotiate performance-driven partnerships rooted in strategic compensation structures
