Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing Google and paid social campaigns, along with expertise in budget management, strategic recommendations, and campaign optimization. The Campaign Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' marketing initiatives by utilizing their analytical skills and creative thinking to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Google and paid social campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum ROI.
- Provide strategic recommendations and implement campaign optimizations to improve performance and achieve client objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, reporting on KPIs and ROI to stakeholders regularly.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to creative, account management, and data analysis teams.
- Utilize Google Analytics (both GA4 and UA) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and uncover insights for optimization.
- Implement and manage tracking tags using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
- English Resume is required
- Proven experience executing Google and paid social campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and management.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, including both GA4 and Universal Analytics, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, including tag implementation and management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads and/or other digital marketing certifications are a plus.
