Summary:
As an Advertising Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, planning, executing, and analyzing advertising campaigns across various channels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive advertising campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience demographics, and market trends.
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple channels such as digital, social media, print, television, radio, and outdoor advertising.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and innovative advertising materials including ad copies, visuals, videos, and other creative assets.
- Manage advertising campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Conduct media research, negotiate advertising rates, and manage relationships with media vendors to secure the best placements and maximize advertising reach.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools. Generate insights and actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and external agencies to align advertising campaigns with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges for advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 4 years experience working in advertising, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on campaign management.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles, strategies, and best practices across various channels.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
