Job Description

We are looking for a new apprentice to join our Knowledge Management Team:

• Starting from: September 2024
• Duration: 1 year
• Languages: English (French + another European language is a +)
• Location: Paris (working remotely is possible)

You will:

👑 play a key role in assisting the Knowledge Management team in organizing knowledge inside the company and providing outstanding content and communication to our users.

📈 have the opportunity to develop a broad range of soft and hard skills by creating valuable and diverse content in order to enable our growing user base to have a great experience when learning to use the Shippeo tool.

🔥Some of your responsibilities will include :

• Create, structure, and feed our brand-new public help center with new or updated content.
• Coordinate content creation for our restricted section Helpcenter, in-app learning tool, and downloads section.
• Create, structure, and feed with new content our learning platform with e-learning content (tutorials, videos, pictures, texts, quizzes).
• Providing feedback and supporting the team in evaluating the current content and shaping the future content and communication strategy.
• Participate in ad-hoc communication efforts (newsletters, product documentation…)

Qualifications

• You are a master's student in technical writing, documentation, knowledge management, or similar (Bac + 4-5)
• You can break down complex matters easily into accessible content
• You have basic knowledge of minimalism and structured content writing (DITA standard knowledge is a +)
• You have an eye for aesthetics and ideally design skills
• You are interested in pedagogical content
• You are autonomous in your work and you can multitask
• You have good interpersonal skills
• You are rigorous and organized
• You have excellent writing skills and ideally experience in copywriting, technical writing, or other content production
• You have excellent communication skills (written as well as spoken)
