The Integration Lead serves as the process guardian for our key finance streams - Order to Cash (OTC), Source to Pay (STP), Record to Report (RTR), or Billing. In this role, you will ensure that finance processes are harmonized, compliant, and seamlessly integrated within our global ERP platform and Finance Shared Services (FSSC) model.
As a central link between global design and local execution, the Integration Lead drives alignment across regions, supports ERP deployments, and ensures that process adoption is efficient, consistent, and audit-ready. This is a critical role for safeguarding operational excellence and enabling the success of our global finance transformation.
As the Integration Lead, you will ensure the effective deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of global finance process integrations at the operational level. Partner with the Global Finance Process Office (GFPO) to drive adoption, testing, and compliance across your assigned stream (OTC, STP, RTR, or Billing).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ERP (Oracle Fusion) implementation across process streams and integrations
- Ensure adoption of standardized processes aligned with the global finance operating model
- Provide functional guidance during ERP configuration, testing, and rollout
- Act as first contact for process-integration issues, escalating when needed
- Coordinate with Shared Services and FSSC POCs for seamless execution
- Monitor process KPIs and recommend improvements
- Deliver training and support to key users and business teams
- Contribute to change impact assessments across integration streams
- Communicate process updates and technology enhancements
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Partner with Master Data Integration Lead for process and data alignment
- Support governance meetings with documented inputs and reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 7+ years’ experience in finance operations within FSSCs or regional hubs.
- ERP knowledge (Oracle Fusion or other) with strong process expertise in all streams.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
- Process expertise in assigned stream (OTC, STP, RTR, or Billing).
- Ability to lead change adoption at FSSC/regional level.
- Problem-solving mindset with root cause analysis ability
- Strong collaboration and communication with global/regional teams.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization
- Detail orientation with compliance mindset.
