Sobre el Rol:

En Seso, nuestro objetivo es ayudar a los trabajadores a llegar de manera segura a su destino en los Estados Unidos para comenzar rápidamente su temporada laboral con nuestros clientes bajo una visa H-2A.

Como Soporte del Representante Consular, serás co-responsable de preparación de paquetes, entrega/recogida de documentos de los trabajadores, realización de orientaciones, manejo de grupos de trabajadores.

Ubicación:

Híbrida en Monterrey. En campo y dos días a la semana en la oficina.

Responsabilidades:

• Verificar el día de llegada de los WKR
• Preparar documentos para la orientación como: Listas, Infosheet y formas DS-160
• Apoyar si es necesario en orientaciones con representantes
• En caso de una corrección de DS-160, realizarla o solicitarla
• Digitalizar listas
• Revisión de Docs de Orientación
• Verificación de carpetas drive de citas, las cuales deben contener
• Contratos firmados
• Listas firmadas
• Hojas de AdminProc/Rej/Waiver
• Visas digitalizadas.
