We are seeking an experienced Manager of Instructional Design to lead the design, development, and delivery of dynamic learning solutions for our Customer Care contact center team. This role is essential in enabling our specialists to perform confidently in a fast-changing environment by providing just-in-time, rapidly developed, and continuously refreshed training content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
- 3+ years of related instructional design experience within a fast-paced, technical environment (medical device or healthcare preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design documents and rapid content development and agile instructional design
