SUMMARY
The Project Coordinatorplays a vital rolewithin our Professional Services team, ensuring the seamless execution ofsmall-scale projects and efficient deployment of technical resources. Thisposition is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who excels at organizing,communicating, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focusedenvironment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate schedulesfor technical resources, ensuring optimal staff allocation based on skillsets,availability, and project requirements.
- Serve as the primaryliaison for on-site appointments, efficiently scheduling and confirming visitsbetween technical staff and Clients.
- Manage and maintain theservice board for multiple small projects, tracking progress, deadlines, andresource assignments.
- Collaborate withproject managers, technical leads, and Client contacts to ensure clarity aroundproject scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively addressscheduling or resource conflicts.
- Communicate projectupdates, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders in a timely andprofessional manner.
- Assist withdocumentation, including work orders, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Support the onboardingof new small projects, ensuring all necessary resources, information, andlogistics are in place before work commences.
- Contribute tocontinuous improvement of scheduling and coordination processes within theteam.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience inproject coordination, scheduling, or a related administrative role, preferablywithin a Managed Services, IT, or technical environment.
- Exceptionalorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities anddeadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency withproject management and scheduling tools (e.g., service boards, ticketingsystems, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience withConnectWise is a plus.
- Detail-orientedmindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to workcollaboratively within a team while also operating independently as needed.
- Comfortableinteracting with technical professionals and Clients alike.
PreferredQualifications:
- Experience workingwith Managed Services Providers (MSPs), professional services teams, or in atechnical project environment.
- Familiarity with ITservice management frameworks and tools.
- Associate orbachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or arelated field (or equivalent experience).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Should be willing toaccept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
- Should be amenable toa night shift schedule.
- Work hours will be8am-5pm PST to provide coverage for West Coast team and Clients.
