We’re looking for motivated and passionate people to join our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team targeting the French market. Our ideal candidate is a self-directed and seasoned SDR with experience prospecting into Enterprise Accounts and supporting 2-3 Account Executives with developing sales opportunity pipeline.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Outbound prospecting into large Enterprise accounts with a high volume of cold calling.
- Engage with Senior Decision Makers in Security, Compliance and other key stakeholders via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Efficiently identify qualified sales opportunities for the field.
- Account mapping with field sales and channel partners.
- Effectively communicate the value of the Saviynt platform and competitive differentiators.
- Maintain detailed/ updated records on lead activity in Salesforce to ensure effective lead development and hand-off to sales.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing–adhering to inbound lead follow up SLAs.
- Provide onsite support at field marketing events.
- Meet/exceed KPIs including weekly/monthly/quarterly activity and pipeline development goals.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years experience in Enterprise Sales with complex sales cycles.
- Strong sales tool skills: Salesforce , LinkedIn, Outreach, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Lusha etc.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Proven comfort and skill making cold calls and navigating through all levels of an organisation.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners.
- Professional, ambitious, determined and results-oriented mind set.
- Must be based out of the U.K. with the ability to travel to field events.
- Fluent in English and French with strong written and verbal communications skills.
