We are looking for a IAM Analyst, based in our Boadilla del Monte office , with at least 2-3 years of experience.

Your role

As an IAM Analyst, your mission will be ensuring adherence to the Corporate IAM policy and the execution of the Access Controls designed. You will be also responsible for procedures and controls to assure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements as well as good business practices.

‍Your main tasks will be:

  • Experience, minimum of 2 years, working on Identity Governance & Administration projects.

  • Experience, minimum of 2 years, on SailPoint IdentityIQ administration and operation.

  • Possibility of on-call duty and interventions.

  • Experience developing on the Java programming language.

  • Experience with application onboarding on SailPoint IdentityIQ, using different out-of-the-box box and custom connectors.

  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting issues.

  • Experience in defining, executing and delivery audit controls.

  • Continuous improvement and best practices implementation.

  • Direct communication with customers and suppliers.

What you’ll bring

You’re sure to fit in if you like technology and are constantly learning about new developments, as well as having an interest in better understanding the risks faced by the Bank. In addition to developing your technical skills, you should also be interested in improving your soft skills

If you think you’ve got what it takes, these are the key skills we’ll be looking for in your CV:

  • 2-3 years’ experience as IAM consultant.

  • Knowledge SailPoint IdentityIQ product or similar IAM tools.

  • Knowledge directory services systems (Azure AD, Active Directory, LDAPs…)

  • Knowledge in access control implementation and monitoring.

  • Knowledge of information technology and security solutions and frameworks.

  • High level of English, spoken and written.

  • Desirable Information security/risk management certification such as ISO27001, BS7799, ISACA, CISSP, etc

  • Desirable Experience working with any of the usual banking processes.

  • Desirable Experience as a compliance analyst, information risk specialist, or information technology auditor.
