We are looking for a (Trading Desk Support Coordinator) based in our (MADRID-BOADILLA) office, with at least 10 years of experience in (SCIB-Markets Front Office Applications)

Your role

We are looking for a (Trading Desk Support Coordinator)based in our (MADRID-BOADILLA)office, a key team in our technology ecosystem.

This area is responsible for giving Support to SCIB-Markets Front Office Applications

‍Your main tasks will be:

  • Coordinate the Pre-opening and End of Day Health Check systems
  • Raising and Check Status in regards of Incidents/Support tickets/Problem tickets
  • Direct communication with the Trading Users regarding requests and problems in Trading Floor
  • Analysis of problems for prompt resolution
  • Monitoring the correct functioning of applications
  • Escalate to support L2 team for the job failures and service crashes
  • Static data changes
  • Retrieve and Monitor Volume per application/service and balance within the Resources of the Team
  • Trade query and extractions of different systems
  • Assistance from the EUT team in case of problems with the installation of applications

NOTE: avoid using extensive lists. Maximum of 8 tasks.
