Experiencia Profesional
• 7+ años de experiencia en ventas consultivas B2B en empresas de tecnología (SaaS, Cloud, CRM, ERP, Data o AI).
• Experiencia previa en Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, AWS, Google Cloud o NetSuite es un plus.
• Comprobado historial de interacción con C-Level (CEO, CIO, CMO, CFO) y manejo de ciclos de venta complejos (6–12 meses).
• Capacidad de estructurar casos de negocio sólidos (ROI, TCO, Payback) para justificar inversión tecnológica.
• Experiencia regional o multinacional en LATAM, gestionando territorios o clientes corporativos.
Competencias Técnicas y Comerciales
• Venta consultiva y value-based selling.
• Diseño y argumentación de business cases basados en impacto financiero.
• Planeación y ejecución de go-to-market strategies por industria.
• Capacidad de conectar soluciones como Sales, Service, Marketing, Data o AI Cloud con resultados de negocio.
• Manejo fluido de forecasting, pipeline management y metodologías como Sandler.
• Excelentes habilidades de storytelling y comunicación ejecutiva (presentaciones para board o C-Level).
Habilidades Interpersonales y de Liderazgo
• Relationship Builder: genera confianza y credibilidad rápidamente.
• Escucha activa, empatía comercial y orientación a soluciones.
• Capacidad de trabajo colaborativo con equipos de presales, partners y marketing.
• Liderazgo informal: inspira y eleva el rendimiento de los equipos alrededor.

Capacidad de Venta Estratégica

  • Habilidad demostrada para construir programas de transformación multi-año y multi-nube

  • Sólidas habilidades en planificación de cuentas, mapeo de stakeholders e hipótesis de valor

  • Experiencia vendiendo a nivel C (CEO, CFO, CIO, CDO) e influyentes a nivel de directorio

  • Capacidad de posicionar resultados de negocio, no productos

3. Experiencia en Grandes Negocios y Negocios Complejos

  • Experiencia comprobada liderando Big Deals (ACV de 7 cifras) desde la estrategia hasta el cierre

  • Sólidas habilidades de orquestación de negocios a través de:

◦ Equipos internos (Ventas, Ingeniería de Soluciones, Producto, Legal, Finanzas)

◦ Partners / SIs

  • Experiencia estructurando comerciales complejos (multi-año, valor por fases, modelos de consumo)

4. Venta de Transformación Agéntica / Liderada por IA

  • Experiencia demostrada vendiendo iniciativas de IA, Data, Plataforma o Transformación Digital

  • Capacidad de articular y co-diseñar casos de uso de Empresa Agéntica

  • Experiencia liderando POVs, pilotos o Plays basados en valor

  • Comodidad discutiendo valor de IA, adopción, gestión del cambio y gobernanza

5. Disciplina de Ejecución y Cadencia

  • Fuerte cadencia de ejecución mensual y rigurosidad en pronósticos

  • Capacidad de balancear:

◦ Negocios estratégicos de ciclo largo

◦ Ejecución de corto plazo e higiene del pipeline

  • Consistencia comprobada en generación de pipeline, cobertura y progresión de negocios

6. Acumen de Negocio

  • Sólido entendimiento de:

◦ Economía del cliente y modelado de ROI

◦ Dinámicas de industria de grandes grupos económicos

  • Capacidad de conectar inversiones tecnológicas con impacto en P&L y palancas de crecimiento

7. Liderazgo y Ownership

  • Alto nivel de ownership, resiliencia y accountability

  • Actúa como CEO de la cuenta

  • Capacidad de liderar sin autoridad e influenciar ecosistemas complejos
