職務概要
B2Cソリューション本部 消費財・ヘルスケア/ライフサイエンスソリューション部では、消費財企業や製薬企業のお客様をターゲットとしたソリューション提案活動を行っています。
特に製薬企業のお客様へのアプローチを強化しており、Salesforceの革新的なソリューションをご提案する重要な役割を担っていただきます。

1. 提案活動

  • 担当アカウントにおけるアカウント/ソリューション戦略をAE(Account Executive=外勤営業)とともに計画する
  • お客様と密にコミュニケーションを取り、お客様のビジネス課題とニーズに対する解決策を策定する
  • 課題に対する解決策の具体的なイメージとしてカスタマイズデモを作成し、ソリューションデザインを中心とした提案書を作成する
  • 業界向けソリューション(Life Sciences Cloud)を中心に複数製品にまたがる提案を行う
  • 各製品担当/Specialist SEと協業しソリューション作成をリードする
  • 社内のコンサルティングサービスチーム/カスタマーサクセスチームと協業し、有償サービスの新規提案、ポストセールス活動の支援、新規商談の発掘を行う

2. 各種営業マテリアル作成

  • 提案活動で培ったノウハウを活かし、業界向けソリューションマップ、業界特化デモ、提案書テンプレート、Sales Playなどを作成する
  • 新製品/新機能の検証を行い、各業界向けユースケースを検討およびアセット化する

3. マーケティング活動支援

  • セミナーやイベントに登壇し、プレゼンテーション/デモンストレーションを実施する
  • イベント展示ブースやセッションのためのデモアセットを作成する

4. 組織活動

  • チームメンバーの育成に貢献する

必須要件

  • 製薬企業への提案経験、もしくは業務経験
  • CRM領域の提案活動経験
  • 自発的/能動的に仕事ができる能力
  • 新しい技術や製品を学習する能力、強い探究心
  • チームで仕事をする能力

歓迎要件

  • Salesforceソリューションのデモ作成/カスタマイズの経験
  • システム連携、セキュリティなどの基本的なITスキル
  • 論理的思考、課題解決、プレゼンテーション等のコンサルティングスキル
  • 顧客とのコミュニケーション、ファシリテーション能力
  • 英語力(顧客やグローバルメンバーとのコミュニケーション、社内技術資料の読解)
  • セミナーやイベントなどでのプレゼンテーション/デモンストレーション経験
