Process CoE PMO Lead will lead the planning, execution, and governance of productivity initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, promoting consistent delivery practices, and supporting value tracking through robust program management methodologies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in program and portfolio management within large-scale transformation environments
- In-depth knowledge of productivity levers, including automation, process improvement methodologies, and AI/Agentic solutions
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Power BI
- Familiarity with value tracking frameworks and the development of compelling business cases
- Experience in risk management, including the ability to identify potential issues and develop proactive mitigation strategies
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, with experience in applying the appropriate framework based on project needs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
