The Position
As a Mobility Reward Analyst specializing in Mobility Operations at Roche, you will play a critical role in performing key operational tasks within the Mobility domain. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to efficiently complete these tasks. You will be a part of a dynamic team, reporting to the Team Lead for Mobility Operations, and contribute to improving operational processes and knowledge sharing within the team.
The opportunity:
Process Management: you consistently perform dedicated processes related to Mobility Operations, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure task delivery and use APro reporting on various ad hoc business requests
Team Collaboration and Development: you build and maintain a network with Mobility Operations colleagues to improve processes and share knowledge, and collaborate with client-facing MRAs in support of their direct work with Roche transferees. You onboard and train new team members and focus on enhancing the skills of existing members
Knowledge Management: you ensure up-to-date maintenance of training materials, process maps, and knowledge management resources
Operational Tasks including mobility finances, cost estimates, tax equalizations, data analysis, systems management, tax operations, immigration operations, payroll processing. In addition, you manage annual and recurring tasks such as coordinating the annual compensation review, AIRINC data updates, COLA and fx rate adjustments
You drive and manage the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Step-By-Step Instructions (SWIs), and you lead and support continuous process improvement initiatives within the Mobility Operations domain
Local Moves: you initiate and manage Inter-Company Transfers, Foreign Local Hires and Domestic Moves, create and review one way transfer cost estimates and net to net calculations, and work with vendors to trigger cases and support questions.

You have a strong command of both written and spoken English
You bring expertise in areas such as mobility, compensation, reward, or finance, coupled with a passion for advancing your career in the dynamic field of mobility. Experience with Workday and AssignmentPro is considered a plus
You have proven experience in delivering process-driven tasks with a strong emphasis on accountability and successful outcomes
You bring diligent adherence to deadlines and time management and strong attention to detail to drive exemplary customer experience
You are a proactive and organized individual with a strong focus on operational excellence in global mobility and an end-to-end process approach
