JOB SUMMARY:

As a BI Developer your primary responsibility will be to work with the Initial Validation Audit (IVA), Risk Adjustment, Quality Improvement (HEDIS) stakeholders to build Dashboards and Reports that support decision making in these functions. Dashboards and Reports will be both external-facing and internal-facing analytics products. Secondary responsibilities will include building internal-facing reports for the following additional teams and business functions: growth, marketing, business development, finance, and operations. You will guide analytics projects from discovery to solution and help us raise the bar for how we should apply our data to business decisions.

On the analytics team, you will work with other team members such as data architects, developers, and analysts who will help with building analytics products.

Your role on this team is to take the data sets provided, use our Looker platform, and provide analysis according to internal and external customers’ needs and requests, answer questions, provide ad hoc analysis, monitor enterprise level dashboards, and provide insight for business users to improve outcomes. You will also determine ways to automate and satisfy business needs using scheduled reports, emails, and dashboards to streamline delivery of analysis to the stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop metrics and dashboards with business stakeholders to track business key performance indicators pertaining to risk score trending, quality improvement, suspecting, member and provider management, financial forecast, and ROI
  • Collaborate with data engineering to support and validate data architecture
  • Provide user assistance and direction for ad-hoc data reporting
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build new analytic processes and improve current processes to better support all lines of business

MUST HAVE:

  • Very strong SQL skills (at least 4 years of work experience) including query optimization around large data sets
  • Strong statistical ability to analyze large amounts of data
  • Experience in data parsing and manipulation
  • Proficiency in data visualization software (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLookups, visualization)
  • Experience with ETL processing and data validation
  • Knowledge of Data Warehouse solutions, strategies, and implementations

ABOUT YOU:

  • Ability to build trust and communicate insights effectively with a variety of business stakeholders across analytical levels
  • Comfort working in an Agile, technology driven environment – working closely with Product Owners and larger Engineering team
  • Desire to be a partner to business stakeholders with a shared goal on using analytics and insights to drive the business forward
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and complete individually assigned tasks
  • You deliver results quickly with iteration, instead of waiting for perfection
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement process optimizations

NICE TO HAVE:

  • At least 2 years of experience in US Government-sponsored health plans (Medicare, Medicaid, ACA) and Managed Care Organization big data as it pertains to Quality, compliance, and Risk Adjustment strategy, reporting and performance
  • Ability to design and implement new tables and fields

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:

  • Competitive salary
  • Medical, Dental and Vision benefits
  • 401k with Employer Match
  • Generous PTO plan

Reveleer's customers, healthcare organizations participating in value-based care, often face significant challenges in managing complex data and workflows. These challenges can hinder their ability to improve patient outcomes, ensure accurate reimbursement, and maintain regulatory compliance. This is why Reveleer developed a comprehensive, AI-powered platform designed to streamline these critical processes. Our customers are navigating an increasingly complex healthcare landscape, with a growing emphasis on value-based care models like Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA programs. They need to effectively manage risk adjustment, quality improvement, and member engagement to succeed. However, fragmented data, manual processes, and a lack of integrated tools often lead to inefficiencies, errors, and missed opportunities. For instance, accurately capturing and coding all relevant diagnoses (HCCs) for risk adjustment is crucial for appropriate reimbursement, but it's a time-consuming and error-prone task when relying on manual chart reviews and disparate systems. Similarly, closing care gaps and improving quality measures requires timely access to comprehensive patient data and effective provider collaboration, which can be difficult to achieve with siloed information and outdated communication methods.

Reveleer addresses these pain points by offering a unified platform that consolidates data from various sources, automates manual tasks, and provides actionable insights. Our customers are looking for solutions that not only solve their immediate operational challenges but also empower them to proactively improve patient care and financial performance. For example, our AI-driven clinical intelligence capabilities help identify potential care gaps and coding inaccuracies with high precision, allowing healthcare organizations to focus their resources on high-impact interventions. By providing tools for seamless collaboration between payers and providers, we help our customers break down communication barriers and work together more effectively to achieve shared goals. Ultimately, Reveleer's customer-centric approach is about understanding the real-world problems our clients face and delivering innovative, practical solutions that help them thrive in the evolving world of value-based healthcare. We strive to be a trusted partner, enabling our customers to improve member outcomes, optimize financial performance, and navigate the complexities of the healthcare system with greater confidence and control.
