Why This Role Matters
The Staff Engineer plays a critical role in shaping how Reveleer builds and scales its products. We are modernizing our stack, expanding distributed development, and increasing our focus on data and AI. This role provides the senior technical leadership and hands on execution needed to support the 2026 roadmap and beyond.
This is not an advisory role. We need someone who can design patterns, write code, review code, and actively guide teams. The Staff Engineer leads through building, teaching, and raising the engineering bar across the organization.

- Initiates and leads key cross cutting projects that move the architecture and codebase forward
- Ensures technical decisions align with the company’s roadmap
What You Will Do
- Design, develop and evolve the core technical patterns that shape how Reveleer builds software
- Write high quality code, prototypes, reference implementations, and reusable components
- Provide hands on technical guidance through pair programming, design reviews, and code reviews as needed
- Lead design for distributed systems, cloud native patterns, API development, and multi-tenant SaaS
- Partner with data and AI teams to integrate applications with pipelines, analytics, and ML or LLM services
- Identify performance bottlenecks, technical risks, and architectural gaps and drive pragmatic solutions
- Work closely with product leadership to ensure the technical foundation accelerates roadmap delivery
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Deep experience as a hands-on staff level engineer working in distributed systems at scale
- Strong background in cloud native engineering, preferably AWS/Azure, microservices, and SaaS patterns.
- Experience building or supporting data and AI workloads, including ML or LLM integrations
- Demonstrated depth and expertise in designing and implementing robust solutions using C#, .NET, and SQL Server, with a strong understanding of best practices for scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Ability to turn complex technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills
