We are a fast-growing virtual restaurant company based in Los Angeles. We create virtual restaurant brands that sell over 3rd party marketplaces (DoorDash and Uber Eats).
Our restaurant brands don’t have any dining rooms and we don’t do any of the cooking ourselves. We partner with existing restaurants (our “Kitchen Partners”) across the country to cook our food in their kitchens and customers receive their food delivered using existing food delivery platforms.
We’re currently operating in 24 States and rapidly growing nationwide!
Today we need a Customer Success Manager, someone with great organizational and empathetic skills to be the center point of our communicational and onboarding activities for our Kitchen Partners!
What will you do:
- Be the central contact for our Kitchen Partners, walking them through setup and onboarding, contacting them by phone, email and whatever means necessary!
- Responsible for Kitchen Partners’ successful launch of Virtual Brands
- Continuously work to optimize and improve sales performance
- Understand the restaurant business, including the strategic goals and long term growth plans
- Lead initiatives for customer growth and customized marketing plans
- General updates on the marketplaces for our Kitchen Partners (sales, menu and informations needed)
Requirements
Don’t hesitate to apply if you:
- Have English and Spanish skills up to C1/C2
- Has past experiences with food services marketplaces (Doordash, UberEats, GrubHub)
- Knows your way around Google Workspace and CRM software tolls
- Already worked with sales related jobs or account managing
- Have past experience with culinary or restaurant, being a plus
- Can identify problems and quickly prompt to solve them
- Patient and empathetic and can confort people's needs
