Junior Purchasing Specialist

Now we are hiring a new Purchasing Specialist for purchasing and supplier management.

As a part of a company, your responsibilities will be:

• Daily purchasing products with 30+ suppliers
• Daily reporting of Purchasing KPIs, monitoring monthly results with the monthly KPIs
• Search for new suppliers (B2C, B2B)
• New supplier validation process
• Communication with suppliers regarding orders, products, and other matters.
• Daily and close coordination with team members and other departments.
• Working with tools: updating data sheets, filling in all necessary information.
• Working out and implementing new and efficient solutions to improve the overall purchasing process.
• Being a key team member in the department and the company to contribute to growth and expansion projects.
• Identifying bottlenecks and forecasting potential issues well ahead of time.
• Working on your own quarterly projects related to your work, growth, and company goals

Requirements

Who we are looking for a candidate with:

• English: B2 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions
• Good computer skills, curiosity to learn new apps.
• Excel skills (intermediate level), if you have worked with Google Sheets - even better.
• Purchasing and negotiation experience with various suppliers are also considered as a plus.
• Experience as a junior bookkeeper is considered as a plus.
• Desire and ability to quickly adapt to new methods and tools.
• Ability to keep focus during the validation of supplier and purchasing process.
• Quick learner, being able to multitask and work with various tasks throughout the day.
• Love for accuracy and a high level of attention to details.
• Strong self-management and organizational skills, being able to define priorities.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ability to quickly research, analyze and find a solution for issues and problems.
• Proactive and driven, with high follow-through, respect for deadlines and targets.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with other team-members and departments.
• Result oriented and motivated by seeing the result.

The job is full time, 40 hours a week. Initially, work hours should be similar to your Manager, for easier communication and training.
