Replicant is looking for a Senior Customer and Product Marketing Manager to drive industry positioning, solution messaging, customer advocacy, and go-to-market storytelling. The role will combine strategic product marketing responsibilities with customer marketing initiatives to help strengthen pipeline generation, customer engagement, retention, and expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Solutions Marketing roles within SaaS, AI, or Contact Center technology.
- Strong experience developing industry messaging, customer stories, and sales enablement content.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engagement Manager, and Marketing teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer narratives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-facing presence.
- Experience supporting customer advocacy programs, customer events, and reference management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities that support retention, expansion, and pipeline growth.
