What you bring

  • 1+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. This is an entry level role inside the Sales Enablement function!
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, RevOps) and great organizational skills to keep programs on track.
  • Proven ability to build and scale training programs that contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Engaging facilitation and presentation skills, with experience managing live and asynchronous training formats.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment with sales leadership and business objectives.
  • Ability to track, measure, and report on the success of training programs at an executive level.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or any LMS (bonus if you’ve touched Salesforce, Docebo, or similar tools—but not required!).
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as Sigma, Docebo Reporting, and Salesforce.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to simplify complex topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, create and coordinate and improve Remote’s Sales Onboarding program—scheduling sessions, gathering feedback, and managing content updates.
  • Oversee new hire training experiences, including content development, live session scheduling, and reinforcement strategies. Partner with team leads to identify enablement needs and propose creative solutions.
  • Build and execute ongoing training programs to address skill gaps and drive continued sales performance improvement.
  • Track training milestones and help analyze data on what’s working (and what’s not).
  • Maintain learning resources and contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal enablement library.
  • Assist in organizing and delivering live training sessions (virtually), ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Manage both asynchronous and synchronous training formats, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is between $21,900 to $49,300 USD.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.

Co-Working Allowance
