We are a fast-growing provider of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical services, focused on operational excellence, cost efficiency, and high-quality service delivery. We are building a strong remote team to support our U.S. operations and are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to assist with day-to-day procurement.
Position Overview
The Purchasing Agent will support daily purchasing operations, ensuring materials, equipment, and supplies are ordered accurately and delivered on time. This role works closely with U.S.-based operations teams and vendors to keep projects running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders for HVAC and electrical materials
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Track orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with field teams regarding order status and updates
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and purchasing systems
- Assist in sourcing products and comparing vendor pricing
- Support inventory tracking and replenishment needs
- Resolve order discrepancies, delays, or issues with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and ERP systems
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, or construction-related industries
- Familiarity with U.S. suppliers (Ferguson, Grainger, Winsupply, etc.)
- Experience in remote team environments
