We’re looking for a Learning Multimedia Designer who blends creative design flair with solid learning design principles. You’ll have hands-on experience creating digital learning that not only looks great but delivers real impact. If you're someone who can move fast, adapt quickly, and turn complex ideas into clear, engaging learner journeys — this role is for you.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience developing learning content end-to-end — from storyboarding and scripting through to delivery and iteration
- Confident in creating short-form videos, animated explainers, and other multimedia for training
- Skilled at structuring content around a clear learner journey, using adult learning principles and storytelling techniques
- Experience designing for digital and blended learning environments
- Strong understanding of instructional design concepts (e.g. chunking, scaffolding, assessment design)
- Background in hospitality or retail is a strong plus
- A fast learner with initiative, great communication skills, and obsessive attention to detail
Tools & Skills
- Proficient in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar creative suites
- Comfortable storyboarding and producing engaging learning assets for use across eLearning platforms
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI-based authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Storyline)
- Bonus: Working knowledge of tools like Figma, Photoshop, Audacity, or AI-powered creative tools
- Ability to collaborate with SMEs and translate technical or operational content into learner-friendly formats
